To make shrikhand: Mix the chakka with sugar and keep it in the fridge for an hour to chill. ❋ Anjali (2007)

Kerala also we used make ''idichakka thoran '' with tender jackfruit. ( grated coconut, chilly powder, garlic are the main ingredients ), Ponsa dhevi gashi's very famous in Konkani cuisine and most famous's jackfruit chips ( chakka varuthath ). ❋ Meera (2008)
