It is not the same as the more exclusive MRA, and likewise not the same as the more exclusive feminism either. Both are just as exclusive who often spends too much time attacking each other. Egalitarianism fights for both women and men equally [without prejudice], to treat both as equals that “equally acknowledges” that both genders faces serious discrimination.
But it is much more than that. It includes race, disability and lgbtq equality too, and even [shock horror] equality for white straight cis men whenever they’re discriminated against, even if only once. It is about treating everyone by how you wish to be treated yourself, without prejudice.
