The good overwhelms all of course, as there are still wonderful tulips to enjoy, the new blooms of plants such as fothergilla are out with frilly white fringetree blossoms soon to come, and the soft foliage of copper beeches are emerging with the downy hairs on the edges of leaves glistening in the sun.
