What do we mean by networked?

To interact socially for the purpose of getting connections or personal advancement.

To connect two or more computers or other computerized devices.

To interconnect a group or system.

To broadcast across an entire network of stations and affiliates at the same time.

A man or woman who through family social status, a self built status or both has deep connections to a lot of powerful people. This includes having the powerful person's contact information like their personal cell phone number, email and other on line information not readily available to the general public. The networked person is not necessarily a household name but can be, the bottom line, the powerful people who matter know this person, their family, or have crossed paths with this person in the past.
