Nondecreasing

While it is true that the second law can be viewed as a principle of equilibrium (Entropy has a maximum under a uniform source distribution, so nondecreasing entropy cannot exceed this bound of statistical homogeneity), this is not ordered but an euilibrium of a random system (still random). ❋ TK (2010)
