I do think that reimportation would have the downstream affect of forcing the drug companies to spread their R&D cost structure more uniformly among all customers, and that would result in a very slight overall decrease in prices for us and significant increases for the freeloaders. ❋ Unknown (2009)

I think you missed the point of my post, which is (to put it another way) to the extent that Canada takes advantage of US laws that restrict drug reimportation in order to secure a little sandbox market where the drug companies can make money on incremental sales at a clearly below market price, some group of players are doing something ethically shady. ❋ Unknown (2009)
