The restag is the evolving trend of celebrating milestone wedding anniversary year with a new or repeat stag do. Know as a restag or rebach in the US of A, this event celebrates the anniversary of the original stag event. With a nod to achieving marriage goals, this event enables the husband to re-engage original friends/mates and also finally include those additional friends that have been created over the years. A common tradition in restag is combining “hero mates” from other stags that the stag has attended since his first event. Often taking the form of a wild night out or trip away to enjoy the revels and party of a classic stag/bachelor event.
