A Sniglet is any word that doesn't appear in the dictionary, but should. The Sniglets books were made in 1984 and 1985 by Rich Hall, a writer/actor for HBO's "Not Necessarily the News", "Fridays", and "The David Letterman Show". The illustrations of the two books were made by Arnie Ten, an award-winning cartoonist living in Brooklyn. Nigger - Now and typically, a socioeconomically disadvantaged, inner city Black or African American or Blafrican individual. 3. Snuggling - Similar to cuddling, it's an act done by men unto women, women unto women, or men unto men. Historically, this act is only performed post-coitus to ensure that the man or woman is brought to fruition at a later time.
